Scunthorpe has British Steel and its support industries — foundry work, precision machining for steelwork, rolling mill maintenance and heavy fabrication. Grimsby and Immingham are major ports with active engineering and maintenance sectors for shipping, fishing industry equipment and process plant. East Yorkshire has agricultural machinery manufacturing around Driffield and Bridlington, and a strong general engineering base throughout the Wolds.
Delivery detail: Own fleet to Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Beverley, Immingham and across the Humber region 4–5 times per week. Cut-to-length 2–3 day turnaround. Next-day on bar stock lines.
