On confirmation we allocate your stock immediately and schedule the cutting run and vehicle. For regional own-fleet deliveries we confirm your delivery day. For nationwide next-day we dispatch same afternoon.
Your material is cut to length on our saws, checked, identified and loaded securely onto the appropriate vehicle. Steel bar is strapped and supported on dunnage to prevent movement or damage in transit.
Own-fleet deliveries are confirmed by our driver. Partner carrier deliveries include tracking confirmation. Material test certificates and delivery notes accompany every consignment as required.
🛠 Safe offloading: Our flatbed vehicles deliver steel bar in bundles or loose lengths. Please ensure an appropriate means of offloading is available on site — a forklift or telehandler for heavy sections. Our drivers are experienced with steel deliveries but cannot offload without site assistance for larger loads. If you have specific offloading requirements, let our sales team know at the time of ordering.
